- Maintain Sanitizing Standards: Monitor and maintain the sanitizing standards of all dishwashing equipment, including water changes and temperature checks.
- Stock and Use Cleaning Supplies: Stock and use all cleaning supplies as intended, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
