  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and Graduate Engineers.
  • Manage multiple public projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Deliver quality assurance and quality control insights.
  • Represent the organization in business development initiatives with prospective clients and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure that plans, calculations, and specifications are thorough and precise.
  • Address complex design and project management challenges with innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed professional engineer in Texas with 6-15 years of relevant experience in public works.
  • Ability to prepare proposals and timelines for multi-phase, multi-discipline projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to proactively manage schedules and mitigate potential issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations and procedures.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to thrive in a dynamic, productive setting.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to execute multi-step tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with all stakeholders.
