We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Mitigation Crew Supervisor to join our team at Resiliency. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading our water damage response efforts and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Conduct thorough inspections of water-damaged properties to develop effective drying plans
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment to ensure optimal results
  • Extract water from flooded structures and remove damaged materials
  • Complete necessary paperwork and utilize proprietary software to record job notes
  • Maintain and clean all tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and happiness with the work performed
  • Hold IICRC/WRT certification
  • Be available for after-hours emergencies as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in water mitigation and restoration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials
