Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Starting at $90,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and relevant experience.

Benefits: Includes a $2,000 hiring bonus; comprehensive employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance for employees, with options for dependents; generous paid time off encompassing vacation, sick leave, and holidays; participation in the South Dakota Retirement System.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend commitments as necessary, ensuring a balance with personal time.
