Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Technician for Water Mitigation to join our team at SERVPRO of North Highlands/Rio Linda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, extracting water, removing affected materials, and cleaning up after fire damages, mold, or bio-hazards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
  • Set up equipment for each project and leave job sites clean and orderly
  • Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines
  • Ensure clear communication with crew chiefs, technicians, and office personnel
  • Understand and follow safety guidelines on job sites, in the office, and while traveling
Requirements
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred but not required
  • High school diploma/GED
  • IICRC certifications preferred but not required
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
  • Currently possess a valid driver's license
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods, driving, sitting, climbing, and working at ceiling heights
