Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to join our team at Compunnel Inc.

About the Role:

As a Document Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various mail and document distribution processes under general supervision. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality work with timely delivery, receiving and processing work requests from various entry points, and correctly transferring work to the next production step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various tasks and operate equipment within the department to ensure efficient and effective work production.
  • Mentor new hires and less experienced staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the role.
  • Track, record, and document work processed through automated and manual systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize appropriate equipment, tools, systems, and resources to complete work tasks efficiently.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required to support the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high degree of integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an ethical manner in accordance with State and Federal law, the company's Corporate Code of Ethics, and other policies. A high school degree or equivalent plus 2-4 years of related experience is required, along with basic computer skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You may be required to work in multiple buildings of the Corporate Campus and may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 400 lbs.
