About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Documentation Specialist to join our team at Epitec. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining clear, concise technical content for our Vulnerability Management and Product Security playbooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate technical content for cybersecurity documentation, operational procedures, and reports.
  • Maintain and adopt the playbook across multiple technology stakeholders and platform and product security teams.
  • Develop and review technical communications deliverables, including cybersecurity documentation, operational procedures, plans, action reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leadership, to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve content development processes.
  • Coordinate the integration of materials and playbooks between different stakeholders and cybersecurity teams on critical vulnerabilities remediation status, reporting, cybersecurity incidents, open bridges for incidents, maintenance windows, monitoring anomalies, or any other open problems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • 5+ years of technical writing experience, including developing cybersecurity communications deliverables.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in cybersecurity vulnerability management.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining government records associated with cybersecurity activities, documentation, and SOPs.
  • Ability to work with technical cyber analysts to evaluate material and break it down into concise, compelling narrative that engages the reader.
  • Ability to work under pressure with engagement leads, technical analysts, and subject matter experts in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment to ensure timely product release.
