Assembly Manufacturing Specialist

As a Part-Time Interlock Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in assembling our interlock kits in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires attention to detail, good work ethics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced individual with strong assembly skills and manual dexterity to join our team as a Part-Time Interlock Assembly Technician. Your primary responsibilities include assembling interlock kits according to specifications and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble interlock kits according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet quality requirements before assembly
- Package finished products for shipping or storage
- Perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods of time
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory control and restocking of materials when needed
- Report any assembly issues or product defects to the production supervisor
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and targets
**Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to lift 30lb – 50lb and perform physical tasks related to the role
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible with changing tasks or priorities
