As an Assembly Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and understanding work orders to ensure accurate assembly
  • Using hand or power tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Collaborating with the assembly team to meet production deadlines

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably in assembly or production

Additionally, you should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
