Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. As a member of our Observation Unit, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Arizona.
- At least one year of recent acute care experience in a telemetry or observation unit.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- A strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias, as well as knowledge of medication administration and IV therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $35.00 - $58.63 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
