Cardiac Care Professional Wanted
Tenet-AZ Region is hiring a highly skilled Cardiac Care Professional to work in their Phoenix, Arizona location.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $125,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time night shift position that requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Cardiology. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs. They will also act as a supervisor, overseeing the care provided by other healthcare employees and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines
- Supervise other members of the healthcare team
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
- At least 2 years of experience in Cardiac Stepdown or ICU
- CPR certification and ACLS certification as applicable by facility/department
