About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Tremco Construction Products Group, Inc. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading production teams and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the selection, training, and coordination of production team members to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Work closely with human resources and other supervisors to ensure that plant policies are adhered to and disciplinary action is consistent.
  • Implement lean and 6 Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste throughout operations.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure that all plant policies and practices are followed.
  • Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Optimize productivity of packaging equipment through coordination with maintenance and implementation of improvement projects.
  • Ensure that all performance data is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer/PC skills.
