Pediatrician - High-Risk NICU Follow-up Clinic Specialist

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Pediatrician to join our High-Risk NICU Follow-up Clinic team. As a Pediatrician in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to infants and young children who have been discharged from the NICU. Our clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive follow-up care, including developmental assessments, health screenings, and education to families. Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants and young children who have been discharged from the NICU
• Conduct developmental assessments and health screenings to identify potential health concerns
• Collaborate with families to develop personalized care plans and provide education on healthy development and disease prevention
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric care
Requirements
• Board Certified/Eligible Pediatrician
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families
