- Accurately record work in process, job details, labor, and attendance information
- Select proper equipment and materials, verify integrity, and maintain specifications
- Perform regular monitoring and service checks on tools and equipment
- Collaborate with others to complete orders and maintain a tidy work area
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Entry-level position with commensurate job assignment
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions
- Superior attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude
- Regularly required to stand or sit for long periods, walk, bend, kneel, and talk
- Ability to distinguish color and possess specific vision abilities
- Unassisted lifting up to 50 lbs. required
The Assembly Operator will work in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to machinery, tools, and equipment. The ability to work well in a team or individual setting is required.
