Electrical Assembly Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team at 11th Hour Staffing. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling electrical systems, wiring, circuit boards, control panels, and other components according to engineering diagrams and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Assembly of Electrical Components: Assemble electrical systems, wiring, circuit boards, control panels, and other components according to engineering diagrams and specifications.
- Wiring and Cabling: Install and connect wires, cables, and electrical parts while adhering to safety protocols.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform routine tests on assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards; troubleshoot and repair any issues.
- Reading Technical Schematics: Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for accurate assembly.
- Quality Control: Inspect and verify the accuracy of assembly work and finished products.
- Maintenance of Tools and Equipment: Maintain assembly tools and equipment in good working condition and follow proper storage and handling procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production teams, and quality control to ensure seamless production flow and timely completion of projects.
- Compliance with Safety Standards: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Proven experience in electrical assembly or a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical systems or related field preferred.
- Many years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in electrical assembly.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a competitive hourly rate of $18.
