We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to specifications. The ideal candidate has experience in electronics assembly, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay: $21/hr
TEMP TO HIRE

Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products according to work instructions and schematics.
- Perform soldering, wiring, and testing of electronic assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to identify defects or malfunctions, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of assembly processes and results.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:

- Ability to sit/stand for a 8 hour shift

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in electronic assembly or a similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong soldering skills and experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
