At Generation Tux, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure resolutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Make decisions based on established customer experience guidelines
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, adhering to best practices and quality standards
  • Exceed productivity and quality standards
  • Adapt to answer customers across various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Be dependable and ensure consistent and reliable support for our customers by adhering to attendance standards
  • Utilize strong multitasking and organizational skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service excellence
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of call center experience (minimum of 1 continuous year)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service (virtually or in person)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to use computers and various platforms (email, social media) to answer customer needs
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and team player
  • Must demonstrate availability and flexibility to work during operating hours as required
Location and Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday: 10 AM-9 PM EST

Saturday: 10 AM-6 PM EST

Sunday: 10 AM-6 PM EST
