Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, reflecting the skills and experience required for this role. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

About the Role:

This Clinical Nurse position plays a vital role in delivering patient-centered care to adults with complex neurological disorders. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing their needs and developing strategies to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify best practices and share knowledge to improve patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, interventions, and progress.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited School of Nursing (ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL).
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in neurology or critical care.
  • Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support certification required.
