Critical Care Nurse Specialist

Cynet Health is currently seeking a highly skilled Travel Registered Nurse to fill an exciting opportunity in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a critical care nurse specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex medical conditions.
About the Job:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN with at least 3 years of ICU experience to join our team. This 13-week assignment offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a guaranteed 36 hours of work per week.
Job Details:- Shift: 12-hour night shifts with AM/PM rotation
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
- License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You should also be proficient in utilizing various types of technology, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and intravenous infusion pumps.
The ideal candidate will have a BSN degree and certifications such as NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Additionally, a requirement to live at least 50 miles from the facility is essential.

You will be working in a multidisciplinary unit, caring for patients with neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma conditions.
As a critical care nurse specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling the needs of patients, families, and the community by performing various patient care functions and tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
