Healthcare Operations Manager

At Catholic Health Initiatives, we provide a comprehensive range of healthcare services, from primary care to specialized treatments, including virtual and walk-in options. Our network includes over 20 specialties and numerous accessible locations, some with extended hours to better serve our community.
The Clinic Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily administrative and technical functions of a medical facility, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards. This position requires foresight and strategic planning to accommodate future developments while enhancing customer service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Administrator
Specialties: General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Urology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Infectious Disease, Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation
1. Supervise clinic personnel in daily operations.
2. Coordinate clinic activities to ensure efficiency and high-quality service across all departments, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
3. Manage employee performance by conducting evaluations and establishing individual objectives in line with organizational policies.
4. Lead and nurture a team of professionals, including recruitment, training, and development, along with salary recommendations.
5. Develop, propose, and oversee the clinic's budget, goals, and objectives, incorporating feedback from staff.
6. Engage in the formulation and enhancement of policies and procedures, as well as clinic-specific protocols and programs.
7. Collaborate with the Regional Director to set and achieve performance targets.
8. Assist the Regional Director in the execution and development of long-term strategic plans.
9. Monitor payroll systems to ensure effective time management.
10. Maintain an environment that meets regulatory, licensure, compliance, and accreditation standards.
11. Act as the primary contact for patient and external customer grievances, addressing and investigating all complaints related to clinic operations.
12. Serve as the intermediary between the clinic and the Central Billing Office.
13. Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Compensation
$46.29 per hour
