Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at ProHealth Care. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals requiring respiratory therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
  • Wisconsin State License - RCP.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred.
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification required.
  • BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain at time of hire.
  • NRP certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
  • PALS certification preferred.
  • ICU experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain continuing education requirements per NBRC guidelines.
