SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Plus, bonus/incentive pay opportunities are available based on performance.

Job DescriptionViral Vector Workflow Development Leader

This role requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of viral vector and plasmid DNA workflows. As a Viral Vector Workflow Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with customers, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions to customers, ensuring their success with Cytiva's products and services. Your expertise in gene therapy business development and sales strategy will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding Cytiva's presence in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science subject or comparable work experience.
  • Previous experience selling Cytiva and/or life sciences products OR several years of experience in direct sales role or key account management role.
  • A deep understanding of viral vector and plasmid DNA workflows to support customers' questions and challenges as they develop processes, scale up, and build / tech transfer to cGMP manufacturing facilities.
  • A demonstrated ability to work directly with customers at all levels within the organization from Process Development Scientist to CEO, CFO.
