As a Benefits Representative, you will focus on generating and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts. You will maintain close communication with existing accounts or leads to enhance brand awareness, offer educational opportunities, and seek referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Coordinate virtual meetings and calls between clients and Account Executives, train new hires to schedule appointments, explain customized Benefit Packages, and assess veteran member eligibility.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client calls and emails, identify issues, and propose new products or services. Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, listening actively to their concerns, and provide solutions in line with the company's customer service policies.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new sales leads through initial phone calls or emails, engage potential clients, and prepare them for interaction with the Account Executive.

Requirements:

  • Energetic individuals who enjoy working in a lively environment and engaging with people daily via phone and virtual meetings.
  • High School diploma required; a degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Practical experience with various sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to be coached.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Associate's, BS, BA, or Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • No prior experience necessary.
