Job Summary

The Audio Visual Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of audio visual equipment and systems at the Coeur D'Alene Resort. This includes setup, testing, and maintenance of equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Execution: Ensure that all audio visual equipment is properly set up and tested prior to events, and that it functions correctly throughout the event.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain audio visual equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with event planners, catering managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that audio visual needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in audio visual equipment setup and maintenance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work well under pressure, and strong communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk frequently.
