We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Humanix. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections on work in progress and finished products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections on work in progress and finished products
  • Perform quality checks on fabricated components for accuracy and compliance
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the QA/QC team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Supplement time as needed with fabrication and production
  • Production tracking via Tekla software

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a structural steel quality control role
  • Documented training/experience on AWS D1.1 Visual Inspection Acceptance Criteria, WPS, PQR, and current AWS, WABO welding certification
  • Familiar with D1.1, D1.2, D1.4, D1.8 AWS Codes
