PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Operations Specialist to oversee all aspects of property management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing occupancy levels and property values.
Key Responsibilities- Property Operations Management: Ensure all property operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Financial Management: Review and approve invoices, coordinate with property owners to provide necessary funds, and monitor delinquency status of monthly rents.
- Lease Administration: Ensure lease files are complete, and completion of leases is executed properly. Maintain records of all management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Marketing and Leasing: Conduct market surveys, provide feedback on property pricing, and show available properties to prospective tenants. Negotiate lease terms and facilitate lease renewal process.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Communicate with maintenance team members, keep abreast of maintenance activities, and ensure owners' approval is secured prior to ordering maintenance or repairs.
- Real Estate License: Must have a valid real estate license in MN.
- Experience: 2 years of residential property management experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications, general knowledge of property management software (PropertyWare is a plus).
