About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Management Specialist to join our team at Trustees of University of Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for managing grant applications and reports, ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing grant proposals, budgets, and other documentation. They will also maintain accurate records of proposal files, assist in training and orienting new staff, and advise supervisors and PIs on required components.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with pre-award requirements and a working knowledge of grant and contract policies and regulations.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, exceptions, and last-minute changes.

Salary and Benefits:
