Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of post-degree experience in a psychiatric or long-term care setting, with a strong background in behavioral health.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Effective use of electronic medical records, skilled written and verbal communication, and the ability to function independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
