Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in our mission to deliver compassionate, personalized care to patients from all walks of life. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Intermountain Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and deliver basic patient care, including toileting, bathing, linen and clothing changes, fresh water and ice, ambulating, comfort measures, and other patient needs
  • Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients
  • Provide excellent customer service when responding to patient and family requests
  • Report and record patient care findings and data in a timely manner, reporting changes in patient condition quickly and securing qualified assistance as needed
  • Function as a patient care attendant by monitoring patient, taking care of patient care needs, and involving other members of the patient care team as needed
Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in the Pathfinders program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers required and obtained as part of the Pathfinder CNA program

Salary

The hourly range for this position is $18.29. Your actual hourly rate will depend on your level of experience.
