About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Restorative CNA to join our team at Rowan Community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in maintaining accurate records of resident care, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Review request forms and physician orders for restorative care.
  • Supervise and instruct residents during therapy sessions.

Qualifications and Benefits
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and certification from an accredited nursing program.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License for the state of Colorado or ability to convert to a Colorado License within 30 days of hire.
  • PCC experience is a plus.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Proof of a Flu Vaccination within the last 12 months.
  • COVID VACCINE OR QUALIFYING EXEMPTION REQUIRED
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
  • Estimated Annual Salary: $50,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
