In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping us achieve this goal by preparing students to become Certified Nursing Assistants and equipping them with the necessary skills and tools to excel in their roles.

The Role
We're seeking passionate part-time CNA Instructors in Colorado to join our team. As a CNA Instructor, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing skill training classes, collaborating with CNA students, and brainstorming and executing on additional learning modules. You'll work closely with our medical partners to ideate and implement new modules that upskill our students and enhance their medical knowledge. Your primary focus will be on delivering life-changing educational experiences to future generations of CNAs, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion and dedication to making caregiving more accessible and just to all.

Compensation and Benefits
You'll be compensated with a competitive salary, which includes:
  • Pay rate for Labs: $30+/hour
  • Pay rate for Clinicals: $40-45/hour
