Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Indiana teaching license or in the process of obtaining reciprocity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required).
  • Preferred experience of 2-5 years in an urban public school setting.
  • Experience teaching in a public high school environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in helping students from diverse backgrounds achieve academic goals.
  • Experience in analyzing educational data to inform teaching practices.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of KIPP Indy.
  • Strong knowledge of mathematics content and adherence to educational standards.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check as mandated by law.

Compensation:
Salary is based on experience and includes a competitive benefits package, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
