Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent and be able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center are a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
