Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Loan Officers to join our in-house mortgage banking operation. As a Loan Officer at GoodLeap, you will be responsible for originating home loans and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Our exclusive lead source has proven to convert at higher than average rates, and we offer a competitive compensation plan that rewards performance.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of mortgage experience
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment, with a preference for inside sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • High confidence and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle competing priorities effectively and within established time frames
  • High level of integrity and trust, with a selfless attitude and a commitment to teamwork
  • Must possess, or have the ability to obtain upon hire, a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act, with the possibility of becoming licensed in multiple states
