This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance measures using established Q-systems, ensuring quality oversight at the Plasma Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate deviations, change requests, document revisions, and create and approve GMP documents.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and projects, including the development of the company-wide quality management system.
  • Conduct training sessions and prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits and GEMBA walks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Quality Management Officer and/or experience in a GMP environment.
  • Strong quality awareness and analytical, solution-oriented thinking and acting.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
