DaVita is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Home Manager to lead our Home Dialysis Program. As a Regional Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Home Dialysis clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Home Modality and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Partner with physicians, surgeons, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Clinical Services to manage regional clinical responsibilities and develop plans of correction for any clinical quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in healthcare management.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business growth, with a focus on improving clinical outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Associate's degree required, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
