Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing market share through effective sales calls and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales goals and budgets for assigned locations
- Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development and prospecting
- Execute effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of referral communities and clearly communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group
- Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth and focus on the needs and expectations of referral communities and patients
- Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, and payroll time sheets
- Be a good steward of company financial resources by projecting a return on investment and managing to a sales and marketing expense budget
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
