We are committed to supporting NAVAIR programs by seeking a Senior Fleet Integration Analyst. This role is pivotal in supporting the Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) R&D initiatives by facilitating coordination among government stakeholders, contractors, operational specialists, military personnel, and leadership. The position necessitates an active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients and the military community to identify gaps, drive requirements, and formulate project descriptions, specifications, roadmaps, and timelines for fleet integration.Support technical evaluations, data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration.Assist in the creation of acquisition and technical documentation.Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet integration coordination throughout the design, engineering, and testing phases.Evaluate project execution effectiveness and propose process enhancements.Collaborate with Project Management to strategize future capabilities and contribute insights for the integration of advanced technologies.Assess contractor proposals in compliance with legal standards.Oversee and report on multiple project tasks, including test data analysis.Willingness to travel significantly (20-40%) as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Required Experience / Skills:

A minimum of ten years of experience in transitioning technology from acquisition to operational settings.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.Experience in coordinating operations across various organizational boundaries.Experience in a dynamic and complex security environment.
