About the Role

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Systems Engineer to support our efforts in PMA-234. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing integration engineering tasks to ensure the safety, readiness, and airworthiness of the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) to address emergent fleet technical issues, balancing technical rigor, safety, and airworthiness while minimizing adverse fleet operational impact.
  • Provide integration engineering expertise and act as the liaison between PMA-234 NGJ engineering and PMA-265 Growler Systems engineering teams.
  • Implement systems engineering processes that support development, production, and sustainment activities.
  • Implement the use of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and balance that with ongoing efforts for development and sustainment of advanced operational capabilities.
  • Participate in the NAVAIR Engineering Change Proposal efforts.
  • Attend and conduct program SETR events.
  • Attend and participate in programmatic risk management meetings.
  • Review and provide feedback on Technical Data Packages and Technical Directive data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • DoD Acquisitions Experience.
  • Must be able to obtain an active Secret clearance.
  • System Engineering – New System / Software Integration.

Desired Experience

  • Completion of DAU ACQ 101 or ACQ 1010.
