We are committed to supporting NAVAIR programs by recruiting a Senior Fleet Integration Analyst. This position entails assisting the Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) R&D initiatives by facilitating coordination among government representatives, contractors, operational specialists, military personnel, and leadership. The role requires an active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients and the military community to identify gaps, establish requirements, and create project outlines, specifications, timelines, and schedules for fleet integration.Support technical evaluations, data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration.Contribute to the development of acquisition and technical documentation.Serve as the primary contact for fleet integration coordination throughout the design, engineering, and testing phases.Evaluate project execution effectiveness and suggest process enhancements.Collaborate with Project Management to strategize future capabilities and provide insights for the integration of advanced technologies.Assess contractor proposals in compliance with legal standards.Oversee and report on multiple project tasks, including test data analysis.Be prepared for significant travel (20-40%) as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
Required Experience / Skills:
Over ten years of experience in transitioning technology from acquisition to operational settings.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Experience in coordinating operations across various organizational boundaries.Background in a dynamic, complex security environment.We emphasize an inclusive workplace that values individual contributions, aligned with our Vision and Values of Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility.
