Job Overview

Salary: $17/hr

Our manufacturing facility is seeking an Equipment Assembly Technician to provide exceptional service to our clientele. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 6am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be tasked with:

  • Assembling, repairing, and disassembling commercial dishwashing machinery and chemical dispensing systems utilizing both hand and power tools.
  • Cleaning previously used equipment with high-pressure sprayers, sandblasters, and chemical dip tanks while inspecting components to determine usability.
  • Conducting necessary quality control assessments as directed.
  • Completing production-related documentation accurately.
  • Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Adhering to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Engaging in meetings to contribute ideas for safety, production, and process enhancements.
  • Training fellow employees on assigned tasks as instructed by supervisors.
  • Communicating effectively with team members regarding production requirements and troubleshooting issues.
  • Transporting parts and materials throughout the facility using various methods, including manual lifting, carts, and forklifts (if certified).
  • Conducting inventory counts as required.
  • Reporting incidents and near misses promptly.

Qualifications:
