Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Auto-Chlor System. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, repair, and disassembly of commercial ware washing equipment and chemical dispensing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, repair, and disassemble commercial ware washing equipment and chemical dispensing equipment using hand and power tools.
  • Clean used machines using high-pressure sprayers, sand blasters, and chemical dip tanks.
  • Inspect used components and decide if parts are usable.
  • Perform quality control checks as instructed.
  • Complete paperwork associated with production reporting.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and organized environment.
  • Follow safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Participate in meetings and provide input for safety, production, and process improvements.
  • Train other employees as needed on tasks as directed by supervisor.
  • Communicate with other employees as to production needs and problem resolution.
  • Moving parts and materials around the facility using various means.
  • Perform inventory counts.
  • Report accidents and near misses.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid driver's license with reasonably clean record.
  • Mechanical and/or technical aptitude.
  • Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 70lbs.
