Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the mechanical and electrical builds of customer products. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist team in mechanical and electrical builds of customer products
  • Read and understand wiring schematics and diagrams
  • Crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies
  • Testing wiring and wiring harnesses using voltmeters and ohmmeters
  • Part replacement on tools as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions
  • Team coordination and collaboration
  • Problem-solving skills for routine questions and issues
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Memphis, Tennessee. The environment is extremely clean and temperature-controlled. The electrical assembly area consists of 25 cell stations with large working areas. Teams will consist of 5-7 technicians per work cell, working as a team to assemble the units per specifications. All tools and materials needed to complete the assembly are provided.
