Job Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, while maintaining a professional and organized front office environment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and support
• Manage and maintain accurate records and files
• Perform general office duties, including data entry and mail distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and AMS360 a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
