Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Coordinator to join our team at GBS Benefits, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits renewals, ensuring seamless transitions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits renewal process, including data collection and analysis
- Communicate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth renewals
- Provide timely and accurate updates on renewal status
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
