Operations/Office Manager Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee all aspects of office management at Republic Homes, a thriving Modular and Manufactured Home dealership. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for financial documentation, billing/invoicing, contractor scheduling, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of office operations, including financial documentation and billing/invoicing
  • Oversee contractor scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide industry-specific training to team members
  • Develop and implement efficient office processes to improve productivity
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in office management and loan processing
  • Background in finance and expertise in invoicing and bookkeeping
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
