Job Summary

The VP, Credit Portfolio Manager - Residential Real Estate Servicing Risk is responsible for developing and implementing risk strategies, analytics, and oversight of early default collections and post-charge-off recovery for the US residential real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sophisticated analytical techniques to optimize customer treatments and improve collections strategies.
  • Monitor performance and effectiveness of collections strategies and operational performance across the Residential Real Estate portfolio.
  • Provide risk oversight of collections strategies, performance, and compliance with Citi Policy requirements.
  • Work closely with independent risk management and policy teams, mortgage-servicing, finance, controls, legal, and compliance areas to support US Personal Banking and Wealth divisions.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in credit card risk management or equivalent training and experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in the residential real-estate (mortgage/home-equity) industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in writing SAS codes with macro or other data management tools, such as R, SQL, or Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Education

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree is preferred.
