Training and Development Expert for Long-Term Care

At Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Expert to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to drive excellence in long-term care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
About the RoleWe offer competitive hourly rates, ranging from $$35-$45 per hour, with opportunities for professional growth and development. As a Training and Development Expert, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs for our team, empowering staff to provide high-quality care and achieve clinical program objectives.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have:
- A valid CT State Nursing license
- An advanced degree or certification in nursing leadership or a related field
- Experience in a nursing leadership role in a long-term care setting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development
- Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering orientation and ongoing training programs, assessing training needs, and implementing educational strategies. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the enhancement of our care standards, resident well-being, and the professional growth of our team.
