Overview:
This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our financial center. Availability to be scheduled around operational hours is required.

The role involves delivering an outstanding customer experience at the Financial Center by addressing all customer needs, from service to sales, with enthusiasm and dedication. You will provide clients with a comprehensive experience to meet their financial requirements, from account setup and management to transaction processing. Emphasis will be placed on customer-focused discussions to strengthen relationships and establish trust. You will actively promote a range of banking solutions to enhance customer service experiences and help clients achieve their financial objectives. The time allocated to various aspects of this universal role will fluctuate based on customer traffic and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate proactive sales discussions through both internal and external interactions, including outbound calls, inbound contact center inquiries, appointment scheduling, and effective engagement in the lobby.
  • Utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other tools to cultivate relationship-building conversations with clients, ensuring a consistent approach to onboarding new customers and expanding existing relationships.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in identifying lending opportunities for consumers and small businesses, collaborating with the centralized lending team to ensure favorable customer outcomes.
  • Mitigate risks by adhering to relevant regulations and Fulton policies, exercising sound judgment within established parameters.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to clients regarding products and services. Execute customer maintenance requests, accurately process transactions, assist with operational duties, and maintain flexibility between sales and transaction tasks.
  • Leverage knowledge of digital solutions and technology to assist clients and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience. (Required)

Other Duties as Assigned by Manager:
This position may encompass additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Each employee is responsible for understanding and acting upon the contents of all company-assigned compliance programs, regulations, and policies, ensuring completion of all compliance training assignments by set deadlines. This includes recognizing and identifying compliance risks that may affect their department, ensuring adherence to applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance concerns to the appropriate management level.

Salary ranges are established based on the position, function, and responsibilities, benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant credentials. Salary may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.16.
