Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision General Manager to lead our Service Center team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This role requires a strong understanding of collision repair processes and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates
  • Monitor current financial performance metrics and review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends
  • Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve center performance and profitability
  • Collaborate with other center leaders to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of collision management experience
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
